Your preferences are different fromthe last wedding couple we worked with and certainly will not be the same for the next. That's why we give all Wedding Receptions extra special attentionin the pre-planning stage. At your Wedding Reception you will be able to relax and enjoy the evening as guests of honor, by leaving your entertainment inthe hands of Class Act Entertainment.

Prior to your Wedding Day we will carefully cordinate the entire event withyou using the, "Class Act Wedding Reception Planner." Our DJ will customize your Wedding & Reception according to your partiular requirements and needs.

The average wedding reception last about 4 hours, that's without a ceremony. That is suitable for the large majority of wedding receptions. It assures a one hour dinner segment, followed by three hours of dancing, including traditioinal reception segments for cake cutting, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, etc.

Options

Want to add a ceremony? Not a problem. Class Act Entertainment will provide the sound system for your wedding ceremony. Need someone to coordinate your ceremony? Not a problem. Your Class Act DJ/MC will be happy to coordinate your ceremony for you. If you are having your wedding ceremony and reception at the same location a small fee will be included to your performances cost. What is provided in your ceremony package? A sound system and wireless microhone is included for use by the ceremony officiator (priest, pastor, rabbi, etc.). This package assumes a ceremony not exceeding 1 hour (30 minutes of pre-cremony seating music, 25 minutes for the ceremony and 5 minutes of post-ceremony music) followed immediatly by a reception. Co-located means that the ceremony and reception are in the same physical place, and that we will only need to set up our equipment once.
If the ceremony is awy from the reception, necessitating the set up and tear down of two sets of equipment, there will be an additional charge.

It always comes down to the price, doesn't it? We've talked about our company and the services we provide, the quality equipment and extensive music library, but what good is all that if you can't afford the service? Well, there are companies out there that charge more, and there are those that charge less. While we would love to think that price shouldn't factor into the equation, we know you probably have a budget to meet.

Our pricing is dependent on several factors including, but not limited to length of service, the venue (or location), and day of the week. NO additional hidden charges.

Community, Charitable, and Non-Profit Organizations

We at Class Act Entertainment feel that it is important to give back to the community in which we live. We reserve a limited number of bookings each year for use by bona find charitable events or community recreation centers, at a substantial discount from our regular pricing. Contact us to see if your group or organization qualifies. And also we do have black out dates. We like kids, and we hate to see a lack of funding stand in the way of wholesome family fun and events.
